Quality Control
The success of FMCC quality system is that we place particular emphasis on client satisfaction which adds on plus points to the company performance. Furthermore, to achieve and maintain the required quality of services – on time and within agreed costs, we are ensuring that our clients gain earliest and sufficient benefits.
We are fully committed to two aspects, first to provide resilient structures and second to become pioneers in provision of high quality construction service business provider in the nation. In addition, we ensure the on-going improvement in quality through all levels and aspects of our company and determine the required technical scale and scope of rehabilitation efforts, which will enhance the process of reconstruction in Afghanistan.
FMCC has established a complete Quality Control Laboratory (QCL) under an experienced QC Manager with a QC Management Structure up to site Quality Control engineer & experienced Lab technician level. FMCC complies with full range of Quality Control of projects under ASTM specification, QC plan based on required specific definable features, and standard construction procedures.
MCC Quality Control Manager is responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance for FMCC Construction activities and the responsible project manager is communicating it to the client for QC reports on regular basis. FMCC follows 5 phases of Quality Control (QC) consists of Monitoring Plan, Preparatory Meetings, Initial Inspections, follow-Up Inspections, Final Inspections.
Safety & Security
The purpose of this policy for FMCC is to develop a high standard of safety throughout all phases of our operations and to ensure that none of the employees required to work under any conditions which are hazardous or unsanitary based on the OSHA safety procedures. FMCC firmly believes that the individual staff member has the right to derive personal satisfaction from their job. As a result the prevention of occupational injury or illness is considered as a top priority at all times. We also believe that each employee should share the responsibility to work safe and maintain good housekeeping habits. In stating this, the company will not tolerate any employee that practices poor safety habits or creating any safety obstacle and challenge it his/her colleague and team member
FMCC has complete accident prevention (APP), preparedness, risk reduction plan (AHA), as well as the necessary safety training programs in place. Each individual, from top management to the job site craftsman, is responsible for the safety and health of those persons in their charge as well as their co-workers. FMCC has very organized safety & security measurements which broadly connects site safety & securities with local communities, government agencies such as ANP, ANA, ISAF etc.
